Roaring their displeasure at waiters, they gather their litter of cubs together, and stumble into the middle of the streets. They raise their arms to the sky in order to shade their sensitive eyes, and call to each other in their strange language.

"Murry? Murry! Get out here! It's too early to start drinking! Where's the map?!"

How did we end up in this strange land? Well, we are growing fast. Immediately after Petra, Kelsey and Peter turned on their computers last year and founded Ardis in the business suite of Tower 101, we grew to sprawl across three offices. We revolutionized our clients' websites with color and animation. Blazing lines across our screens, we squeezed raw photos together into the dream of a car. We spent hours shading the mound of a model's earlobe to get the perfect feeling of reality, and our reputation grew. Those first companies recommended us to others. New clients came pouring in. It wasn't long before Olivier, Gumba and Madalina arrived, bringing more energy and talent to the scene.

So, we moved. Now, from the height of Suite 880 at 200 SW 1st Avenue, we are set up at a pretty hot address for advertising agencies. Trust us on this one. But, when we venture down to eat lunch, we must share the jungle with our terrestrial neighbors. You can imagine that we spend even more time in our offices now.

Through the magic of Flash, we coax gestures from the emerald leaves in a still and silent landscape. We spend hours hacking images to breathe life into a digital insect. We wouldn't have it any other way. We're planning more expansions and exploring new opportunities to help our clients succeed online. And we are excited to welcome and work with our newest clients. GIMAEX is one of the biggest manufacturers of fire engines and emergency response equipment worldwide. Also, Peter Langone, an award winning photographer with world-class talent who has photographed some of the biggest celebrities in his 30-year career, contracted Ardis to design and implement his new website.

But the hottest news of all? Look for us in the Big Apple, because Ardis is going to open an office in New York City in 2008!

Below us, we hear the tourists call to each other. We think, let them roam the floor of the urban canyon, we are happy bending over our screens to squeeze life from glowing pixels. We string code together into cyclones that will carry our clients to new artistic heights.
